First fully thaw the whole chicken. After thawing you will need the following tools and spices.

Tools: Spices:
Small Bowl Tbsp. Salt
Baking Pan Tbsp. of Black Pepper

-Fill the small bowl with the salt and pepper.
-Take large pinches of the seasoning and sprinkle and rub all over the surface of the chicken.
-After oven is preheated and chicken is seasoned, place in the oven and set a timer for 1 hour.
-When chicken reaches 165*F internal temperature it is ready to be enjoyed.
