Why Our Pastured Chicken Is Worth Every Penny
Standard store-bought chicken is raised in industrial dark houses, pumped with up to 15% saltwater solution, and lacks real flavor. We do things the hard, honest way—and the difference on your plate is night and day:
🥩 Unbeatable Meal Value (~$4–$5 per serving): A single 4–5 lb pasture-raised chicken isn't just one dinner. Cooked properly, one bird yields 2 full family meals, plus a batch of rich, gelatinous bone broth from the carcass. That breaks down to roughly $4 to $5 per nutrient-dense meal—cheaper than fast food!
☀️ Daily Pasture Moves: Our birds are moved to fresh grass, sunshine, clover, and bugs every single morning. This daily rotational management creates dense, deep-flavored meat packed with higher levels of Omega-3s and Vitamin A.
🌾 Clean, Non-GMO Feed: Supplemented only with clean, non-GMO feed and natural Thorvin kelp. No hormones, no vaccines, no routine antibiotics, and zero added saline or plumpers.
How It Works:
Fresh Bi-Weekly Harvests: Freshly processed pastured chicken ready for pickup every two weeks through October 30th.
Flexible Pickups: Select your subscription at checkout and we'll contact you via phone & email to set up pickup.
100% Pastured & Clean: Raised outdoors on pasture, moving to fresh forage daily.
5 lb Average Target Weight: Subscriptions are based on our popular 5 lb harvest class (typically 5–5.5 lbs)—perfect for feeding a family of four with leftovers for broth! Any extra weight over 5 lbs is our free gift to our Founding Members
